Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered the Flower Cat Tree for my two cats a few weeks ago. The tree itself is really well-made and looks great in my living room, much nicer than standard cat furniture. My cats took to it right away, especially the soft flower beds. The assembly was pretty straightforward, took me about 30 minutes. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. I've had faster deliveries from other pet stores for similar-sized items. Overall, I'm happy with the product's quality and the aesthetic, but quicker delivery would make it a perfect experience.

Reliable place for cat stuff

This isn't my first order from Happy and Polly, and they've been consistently good. I picked up a couple of their Elevated Ceramic Cat Bowls this time because my old ones were getting chipped. Just like my previous order of a Small Cat Tree, everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The bowls are sturdy and look great with my kitchen decor. I appreciate that their products always match the pictures online. Shipping usually takes about a week to my area in Texas, which is decent. The only minor thing is sometimes their stock on certain popular items runs out fast, so you have to be quick if you see something you like.

Reliable for cat trees

This was my third purchase from Happy and Polly, this time a Cactus Cat Tree. As usual, the quality was excellent. I've bought a Flower Cat Tree and some bowls before, and they've all held up really well. The assembly was just as easy as my previous cat tree. Shipping was consistent with my last order, arriving within a week. I keep coming back because I know I'll get a durable, good-looking product that my cats actually use. It's nice to find a store that's so consistently good with pet furniture.

Cute fountain, cat likes it

I grabbed one of those Ceramic Cat Water Fountains for my fussy kitty. It got here pretty quick, took about 5 days to reach me in California. Set up was easy enough. My cat actually drinks from it now, which is a win, though it needs refilling more often than I expected.

Good for picky eaters

I grabbed the Elevated Cat Bowls because my cat was always making a mess with his old ones. These are much better, he seems to eat more comfortably, and there's less food scattered around. They look nice too, not cheap plastic. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. Shipping took about 5 days, which is standard for my area. I also got some Tofu Cat Litter, and it's surprisingly good; controls odors better than I expected. Everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. Happy with the purchases.

My cats love the fountain!

Got the Ceramic Cat Water Fountain for my two furballs. It's super cute and actually works really well. They used to ignore their old bowl, but now they drink way more water, which is good. Cleaning it is pretty easy too, just a quick rinse. Shipping was fast, got it in like 4 days. Definitely recommend it if your cats are picky about drinking.

Good value for a nice cat tree

I was looking for a new cat tree and really needed something that wouldn't break the bank but still looked good. I ended up getting the Small Cat Tree. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was nice. With free shipping since my order was over $100, it felt like a solid deal. The quality for the price was better than I expected, and my cat actually uses it. Definitely worth what I paid.

Good cat tree, shipping was okay

I bought the Flower Cat Tree for my two cats a few weeks ago. The tree itself is well-made and looks really nice, much better than the standard carpeted ones. My cats took to it immediately, especially the top flower bed. Assembly was straightforward, didn't take too long. Shipping was alright; it arrived within the estimated window, but the box was a bit dinged up on one corner, thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, which was good. The price was a little high, but the quality seems to justify it. I wish they had more color options for the flowers.
